I’ve seen hijabi women post about a little plastic thingy they use behind their head for masks since they can’t use their ears! Maybe that could help?

There are masks that have elastics going all the way around the back, so you don't have to tie them or hold them somewhere!

I’d recommend maybe getting a sunflower landyard? They show you can’t do/are exempt from a certain thing, or even that you’ve got a hidden (or not So)
