Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Tenders Flatbread A high protein easy and BANGIN recipe 😍 Crispy strips of chicken tossed in an addictive hot honey sauce. Popped on some warmn flatbreads, with shredded lettuce and a ranch yoghurt sauce. Although they’d also be delish in a wrap or even some rice and salad 🫶🏼 For more easy delicious recipes check out my cookbook “Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers” links in my bio 🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2):  250g chicken breast strips 1 tsp smoked paprika  1 tsp garlic granules  1 tsp onion granules  30g crushed cornflakes  10g plain flour  1 small egg whisked  2 flatbreads  1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt  1 tsp ranch dressing 2 handfuls of shredded lettuce  35g honey  1 tbsp hot sauce  1 tbsp apple cider vinegar  1 tbsp soy sauce  💕Season the chicken all over with the smoked paprika, garlic granules and onion granules. 💕Toss the cornflakes and flour together.  💕Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, shaking off the excess before dipping into the cornflake mix.  💕Air fry for 12-14 minutes at 190 degrees celsius, alternatively bake at 200 degrees celsius for 16-18 minutes.  💕Toast the flatbreads according to packet instructions.  💕Mix together the yoghurt and ranch dressing. 💕Top the flatbreads with the lettuce, drizzling over the ranch dressing. 💕When there is 5 minutes remaining, in a small pan over medium heat, add the honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. Leave to thicken. 💕Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the hot honey sauce until coated. 💕Place on top of the flatbreads before serving.
