how can you really say something is not GMO? I would assume at some point all of our food has been altered 4 better yield or resistance etc

You may need to explain to everyone that there is a difference between hybrid and gmo. Breeding a plant naturally is not GMO. 🤦🏻♂️

I learned in a bio class that organic isn’t really that much better for u, but it’s better for the farm workers bc they aren’t exposed to herbicide/
