turn the bag the other way.. where the tube comes out of the bag is suppose to be at the bottom

On the longer teal piece there is a little droplet embossed on it you just pinch that droplet and then it will work.

Cut the stopper out of the tubing to make it gravity, flip upside down squeeze and cap. Done

there may be a little water droplet on the blue tube. you slightly push that, hold the bag upside down and squeeze the air bubble to the top
