Don’t be afraid to use a lot of product. Braiding gel helps with making the lines look cleaner and the hairstyle will last longer. You did good girl🥰

Try using jam or beeswax to help flatten the hair. I usually like the hair to be dry when I do it. I find a nice blow out easier

Use gummy (a braiding wax) for parts and while braiding and it will make it so much more slick and clean but it looks good
