Chicken Smash Burgers🍔 serves 4 Total cal 398 | protein 32g | fat 18g | carbs 30g  ingredients  - 1 pound of ground chicken  - salt  - pepper - 1 tsp of garlic powder  - 1 tsp of onion powder  - 1/2 tsp of paprika  - 4 slices of colby jack cheese  - 4 brioche buns  Toppings - lettuce  - tomato - pickles  - sauce of choice Start by adding ground chicken to a bowl. Then add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix until just combined. Then separate each patty into 2 oz. There should 8 total. You can put them on some parchment paper on a baking sheet or dish.  To a pan on medium high heat, add 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil. Add your brioche buns in the pan to toast up for 2-3 min until golden brown. Remove and set aside.  Add more oil; if needed then add in your patties. About 2 at a time so it gives you enough room to smash them down. Get a piece of parchment paper and place it on top of your ground chicken ball and smash it with your spatula.  Cook on each side for 3-4 min until cooked through. Add cheese to one of the patties then stack the other patty on top.  Remove and repeat with all patties. Then assemble your burgers with the patty, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. I used maui onion mustard as my sauce and ketchup. Feel free to use whatever you would like.
