Sediakan periuk lain, masukkan mentega vegan, daun kari dan cili merah. Kacau sehingga naik bau.  4.	Masukkan susu plant based, garam, serbuk kacang gajus dan sedikit serbuk kunyit. Kacau sebati. 5.	Masukkan cendawan kepala monyet yang telah digoreng tadi. Kacau sehingga kuah pekat dan adjust rasa.  Sedia untuk dihidang.  Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Serving: 3 pax Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups hericium mushrooms 2 tbsp wheat flour 1 tsp cornstarch ½ tsp rice flour 1/3 tsp white pepper Salt as needed Oil (frying) Stir-fry ingredients: 3 tbsp vegan butter 3 red chilies (tap) 2 stalks curry leaves 400ml plant-based milk 1 tbsp cashew nut powder A little turmeric powder Salt as needed Cooking method : 1.	Prepare a bowl, add hericium mushrooms, wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, white pepper and salt. Mix well. 2.	Heat the oil and put the hericium mushrooms. Let it cook until brown, lift and set aside. 3.	Prepare another pot, add vegan butter, curry leaves and red chilies. Stir until aromatic. 4.	Add plant-based milk, salt, cashew nut powder and a little turmeric powder. Stir well. 5.	Add the fried hericium mushrooms. Stir until the sauce thickens and adjust the taste. Ready to be served.
