Cabbage is a superstar of the bunch for its affordability and versatility in cooking. Traditionally, people stuff cabbage with meat but I thought this could be a fun vegetarian twist on the dish. See recipe below and replace with the dairy-free equivalents of any of these ingredients if you’d like.
