There are 3 or 4 generations of rollers and mine had the 2nd gen and they replaced them with the newest and all good now.

Our drum cracked a few months after purchase... wouldn’t replace/recall/refund even though it’s a known issue. NEVER again.

If it’s the same problem, facing the dryer, you can feel it at the 9 o’clock position with your hand on the outside of dryer.
