Put ice on where you’re going to give the shot. Then you won’t feel it, as much. Keep your eyes closed and you won’t realize when he does it. 💜💜💜

Try icing the area first. I have to do them through the entire 9 months and a few months after. It’s horrible.

Also my symptoms from covid have been very mild!! The shots are probably the worst part of it all😂
