My mom has the insulin pump and the bg monitor. Her sugar is crazy all over. She’s been a diabetic for 35 years now her kidneys are failing

What do you recommend to avoid the lows in the middle of the night? I eat low carb 🥺🥺 I’ve lowered my lantus 55–>48 units. Still going low
