Out in the west our snow is very wet so we don't get actual snowflakes. The temperature has to be perfect for those to form! Like in Utah or Colorado

Wisconsin here...Once in a while we get a snowfall with perfectly shaped snowflakes like that. Sometimes they melt too fast!! ❄️
