This tofu Double Decker Taco honestly hit the spot. Ingredients: • 1 block extra-firm tofu (pressed 20–30 minutes) • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp chili powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • ½ tsp cumin • ½ tsp smoked paprika • Salt & pepper OR just use 1 packet of taco seasoning if you don’t want to measure out all the spices! You’ll also need: • Crunchy taco shells • Street taco flour tortillas • Refried beans • Shredded cheddar • Lettuce • Tomatoes (optional) • Taco Bell Mild or Fire sauce Directions: 1. Press and crumble the tofu. 2. Toss with soy sauce, cornstarch, and seasonings (or taco seasoning). 3. Cook in a skillet for 8–10 minutes until crispy (or air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes). 4. Warm the refried beans. 5. Spread beans on a flour tortilla and wrap it around a crunchy taco shell. 6. Fill with tofu, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite Taco Bell sauce.
