Replying to @kjmathias90 This can definitely happen to a lot of people. It’s one of the reasons i don’t talk about calorie counting often. I do think it’s a very useful tool for those that it helps. However, if you’re not feeling it give these tips a try 💪🏻 #weightloss #fatloss #fatlosstips #weightlosstips
Marry Me Salmon. Recipe by @moribyan . Supposedly this dish is so good it will make you say "Marry Me" to whomever makes it for you. I told my wife if you put this much heavy cream butter and cheese how can it not be good. But it actually turned out better than I thought. I used trout (skin-on) instead of salmon which turned out really well. Only thing I would change is adding red peppers at the end. Also capers was the game changer. This is how I did it: - Start with salmon or trout cut in 3-4 chunks - Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and italian seasoning (optional) - Cook fish in olive oil ~3 min each side until 70% cooked and set it aside - In the same pan add 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 cup diced onions, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and parsley - Mix the sauce on low heat then add in the fish - Simmer on low heat for ~5mins - Add capers on top - Sprinkle red pepper and parsley - Scoop some sauce on top of the fish to make it look nice
