It happened to my dad, on a JFK to MXP flight, the plane was granted permission to land in CDG and everything went fine 🥰 he is doing very well now

I’m a paramedic and have responded to these emergencies. We do get constant updates and can drive right up to the plane. The crew are amazing!

If your really lucky your flight attendant is also a licensed EMT like I am. I've never had a medical on any of my flights though
