Dont pop it! buy saline solution from any drug store and put some in a cup and warm it up for a couple seconds in the microwave and clean with a q tip

Don’t use water just put tea tree oil on it and leave it on apply it like 3-4 times a day it should go away within a few days if you pop it ,

Clean your nose with “bactine” and also do a Qtip or two of a mixture of t tree oil and water. Some water and add a drop or two of the oil.

Also a friend told me to crush up an aspirin with some water&it makes like a paste and you put it right on the keloid overnight it dries it out!

Change nose rings (get a stud) clean all around your nose while the ring is out. While you are cleaning soak your new nose ring in tea tree oil.
