Replying to @Chinique Taco Wrap Bowls! I used the mini wraps, placed them in an oven safe ramekin & cooked at 190 deg for 8 minutes I bought all of these ingredients for $19.95 from ALDI, so use whichever toppings you prefer, sour cream, avocado, cucumber etc! Ingredients I used: Mini Wraps (8 pack) 500g beef mince (use any mince you like) 1 x brown onion diced 2 x tomatoes diced (1 for beef 1 for toppings) 1 x sweet capsicum (used half in each) 1 x jar of salsa Shredded cheese (I used taco seasoning from home) 1 x bag baby spinach & rocket (for side) Method: Place wraps into bowls & cook in air fryer for approx 8 minutes (keep an eye on them) Cook up your onion & mince Make your taco mince as you normally would Once all cooked, set aside Remove bowls carefully from air fryer & put wrap bowls back in air fryer so they are standing on their own Add your mince mixture followed by salsa & cheese Cook in air fryer for 3-4 minutes to melt your cheese Add any additional toppings & serve I served ours with Rocket & baby spinach mix on the side #Under20dollarmeal #mealchallenge #cooking #tacobowl #ALDI
