for sweeter chard, stick fresh leaves into the freezer for 30 minutes before cooking. this forces the sugars from the stem into the leaf as antifreeze

Just got a red bunch. I love it sautéed with leeks, garlic and thinly sliced potatoes. Season with a splash of ACV and maple syrup. S&P to taste.
