The Camarilla is the most organized and hierarchical structured of the Vampiric Sects. Believing in the protection and upholding of the Six Traditions, perhaps the most significant one being the Tradition of the Masquerade (to protect the mortal population away from the knowledge of immortals existence), founded in 1435, while having clans who make up the pillars of the sect any who followed the Traditions could claim membership. In 2012 at the Pargue Conclave where Theo Bell, a Brujah Archon would remove his clan from the Camarilla, with the head of Hardestadt the Ventrue inner circle representative. Changing the traditional 7 Pillars of the Camarilla to 5. After the events of the conclave now known as the Third Anarch Revolt. The Camarilla would change their open membership policy to a closed one with No Anarchs, Sabbat, Caitiff, or Thin-Bloods allowed to join (though a few exceptions exist in select domains).
