Yes!!! Medical records in Behavioral Hospital - people are SHOCKED when they get their records. Bipolar I is the most common I see for meds.

yea I had someone once ask to change a diagnosis on a pt's order for a test so insurance would cover. she wanted to change "cough" to "lung cancer"...

I take 1,100 mgs of seroquel a day, and I HAVE had psychosis, no one ever suggested I shouldn’t drive and I’ve never had a problem with it

Seroquel has saved my husband! It can be great but I don’t understand why anyone would take it for just sleep. It has some heavy side effects.

My husband’s PCM prescribed him Seroquel for sleep, we asked his psychiatrist why it was prescribed and he sad ”extreme mood swings”😳

I’m in the medical field and I will say the amount of times I see “bipolar disorder” thrown as a diagnosis hurts just bc she was angry once

well give it all the time for sleep & it helps a lot. A lot of meds are used off label for different things & they have to justify giving it for insur
