There are also anti fog sprays. Just be careful the cloth isn’t paper based as that will scratch your lenses!

Used to have the coco nut based paste you wiped on and polished with. Looks a lot simpler

Looks like you’re wearing a KN95 respirator. Pinch the bridge of the nose before putting on glasses. If you’re fogging up, your mask isn’t sealed.
