Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients * 125 g salted butter, melted (½ cup) * 100 g granulated sugar (½ cup) * 50 g brown sugar (¼ cup, packed) * 1 large egg * 8 g vanilla sugar * 177 g flour (about 1½ cups) * 2 g baking soda (½ tsp) * 3 g baking powder (¾ tsp) * 110 g dark chocolate, chopped (about ⅔ cup) Instructions 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and continue cooking until it turns golden brown, being careful not to burn it. Let it cool, then add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and whisk until smooth. 2.
