1 x sheet puff pastry Filling: 35g softened butter 30g caster sugar Icing: 35g frozen raspberries 3 - 4 tbs water 150g icing sugar Freeze dried raspberries Preheat oven to 180C Spread your butter filling all over the pastry and slice horizontally into strips about 1.5cm thick. Roll up each side to meet in the middle leaving about 1 inch between them, bring the two circle in at the top to touch and pinch in the bottom well to create a heart shape. Cook for 32-35 min While it’s in the oven bring the water and raspberries to a boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Sieve the fruit compote and keep on the side for the icing. Once the pastries are out of the oven mix the sieved raspberry compote with the icing sugar, adding 1 tsp at a time until you get the desired consistency. Pipe around as shown or spoon some icing around the edges. I’ve already made these 3 times and they’re a huge crowd pleaser and so easy to make Enjoy 💕 #fyp #ValentinesDay #pastry
