U should siezen a person when the person is older and you don’t know him/her but you can duzen your friends parents. Hope it helped lol😁

The "professional" form called "Siezen" is used for adults, to which you aren't related, friends or any other kind of private relationship.

It's a very difficult topic in some workplaces. Also you have to keep in mind, which persons are in which zone. There is also a implicit "du" 😏

in most cases - if you would use mr/miss/mrs ln you‘d use sie & if you use their first name you use du. (theres always special cases but uk)
