Baker here, Chef Jon is 100% right. A warning though flour extremely flammable carbohydrate and it will catch fire if you toast it incorrectly

microwave the flour for a minute or so to heat it to 160°F. you can buy pasteurized liquid egg too.

in the 🇬🇧 raw egg are safe to consume raw if the egg has a lion stamp on it. lion stamp refers to the hen be vaccinated against salmonella
