Aluminum foil doesn’t allow air to circulate under the chicken to get it crispy. Also keeps the grease trapped underneath the chicken

Just tried it! Can confirm! SO CLOSE IT HURTS. Our nearest Chic-fil-a is 2 hours away. Aldi is 30 mins away but 10 min from my work. Close enough!!!
