My psychiatrist was super respectful when screening me for BD before landing on ADHD. This crap behaviour is not the norm and shouldn't happen!

Why do you have to especially rule out bipolar disorder when diagnosing ADHD? I have actually been diagnosed with both bipolar 2 & ADHD.
