Hi! You may have bipolar BUT make sure you rule out ADHD. Many ADHDers are misdiagnosed with bipolar II and it can be dangerous.

I think it's important to remember that bipolar is a disorder and if you have it, it doesn't mean you are "a bipolar". A disorder isn't who you are.
