Cover your arms with baby powder first. The baby powder clogs your pours so the fiberglass doesn’t get in there in the first place

Step1: cool water =closes pores. Step2: wash affected areas off with soap. Step3: Switch to hot water=Opens pores and rinses them out. Doin for years.

I deal with insulation a lot as well. I keep a lint roller in the truck. Works like a champ

true story, couple years back I was messing around At Home Depot. Saw pink insulation and decided to stick my face in it. Lesson learned. Never again!

I use to make insulation, in a manufacturing plant. Eventually your skin just gets tough then it doesn’t bother you. Or just wear a Tyvek suit
