Oooo the trick to getting pink flesh (at least in my experience) is the outside is more dull. Remember ‘the brighter the skin, the whiter the flesh’!!

Hihi to make difference between pitaya. The white one are more round and the skin is soft and also the “spikes” are large and there’s gap between them

Dragon fruit can be white or purple they are both called Pitahaya in Mexico, one is from Jalisco the other one from the southeast of Mx

there are actually so many different varieties of dragonfruit! the three main colors are deep red, light pink, and white. You can tell by the skin! 😁
