جيلي الأزهار 🌸 (لعمل ٦ كاسات حجم صغير) مقادير الأزهار: ٢ ظرف جيلي بقري بنكهة فراولة ١ كوب ماء ٢ كوب مارشميلو (وضعت المكونات بوعاء ودخلته عالمايكروويف لمدة دقيقة الى دقيقة ونصف (مع التحريك كل ٣٠ ثانية) لحدّ ما يذوب الخليط تماماً، صبيته بصينية فيها ورق زبدة او نايلون ومدهونة بقليلاً من الزيت، دخلتها عالفريزر نصف ساعة الى ٤٠ دقيقة تقريباً، قطعتها ولفيتها مثل ما واضح بالفيديو، وحطيتها بكاسات) مقادير الكريمة: ١ علبة قشطة قيمر او كريمة (٢٥٠ غرام) ١/٢ كوب حليب مكثف محلى ١/٤ كوب حليب ساخن ١/٢ ظرف جيلاتين (١ ملعقة ونصف صغيرة) (خلطت القشطة مع الحليب المكثف بالخلاط الكهربائي، وعلى جنب ذوبت الجيلاتين بالحليب الساخن ودخلت خليط الجيلاتين والحليب بالمايكروويف لمدة ٣٠ ثانية ومنحرّك منيح ليذوب تماماً قبل ما أضيفه فوق خليط القشطة، صبيت الخليط بالكاسات ودخلتهم عالبرّاد لمدة ٦ ساعات، زينتهم بالنعناع قبل التقديم. Flower Jelly 🌸 (Makes 6 small cups) **Ingredients for the flowers:** - 2 packets of strawberry-flavored gelatin - 1 cup water - 2 cups marshmallows (Place the ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes (stirring every 30 seconds) until the mixture is completely melted. Pour it into a tray lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap and lightly greased with oil, then place it in the freezer for about 30 to 40 minutes. After that, cut and roll the jelly as shown in the video, and place them in cups.) **Ingredients for the cream:** - 1 can of clotted cream or heavy cream (250 g) - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 cup hot milk - 1/2 packet of gelatin (1.5 teaspoons) (blend the cream with the sweetened condensed milk using an electric mixer. Separately, dissolve the gelatin in hot milk and microwave the gelatin and milk mixture for 30 seconds, stirring well to completely dissolve before adding it to the cream mixture. Pour the mixture into the cups and refrigerate them for 6 hours. Garnish with mint before serving.)
