Super wrong! Run the food, bus a table, fill someone’s water, don’t grab a whole table. Back up servers don’t slide in and steal tables!

My manager helped me run the entire restaurant one night and he didn’t keep a dime. He even used his meal $ to buy me a burger for rocking it out solo

When I worked at Chili’s there was this one manager that would help in to go and pocket the tips because they had to do extra work. It infuriated us

When I was a manager I would never take the tip I will help out and give the tip to the server But when I was the only one serving I would keep the it

I’m the manager of a family owned restaurant. If we get too busy, I jump back on expo and food running! That is wrong as hell!

Good management takes the burden. Small businesses know that, or should. I was salary and worked lunch shifts and gave all my tips to my badass staff
