To properly check blood pressure you have to suppress an artery. The artery in wrist is in between bones. So you’re basically seeing “bone” pressure.

wrist cuffs are very sensitive to your wrist position relative to your heart. if the position isn't consistent, the reading won't be either. TMOT.
