STOP the gaslighting !!! Women deserve and need more. I’be been on HRT for almost 5 years, but had to have a massive hysterectomy in 2023. I do not have a cervix, uterus, or ovaries to help me and I was crashing out big time and gaining weight!! I didn’t have the energy to work out, and this is with hormones being monitored and cared for by a great doctor. But many women are gaslit into thinking there is no other way and no other options and they have to live without HRT or are prescribed antidepressants. So I did my research, and started taking NMN last year and it literally is changing the course and direction of my health. It has helped my HRT work even better!!! I had no idea it would help support not only my workouts, build and support muscle mass and support workout recovery but also it has helped support skin, tone, texture, and elasticity!!
