We make strawberry puree for our bar at the restaurant i work at 🤷🏻♀️frozen strawberries and simple syrup is what we use if thats any help 🤷🏻♀️

You have to microwave the berries first then you blend it with little bit of sugar and some water can you put it through a strainer
