Sorry bro preload and ride hight do go hand in hand but correct preload for ride quality and full hight adjustment is diffrent.

that I know of pre load is how much load the coils are under so if you compress that spring that is adjusting your preload, and lowering it is just

Try winding it as high was it goes, jack it up front the control arm and measure the travel. Then do it as low as it goes. Bet it’s way different

Bro nobody hates you... you are pre loading your springs to lower the car because those are not height adjustable coils... that’s called “preload”
