The cuts don’t matter, because at the end the rest of the cut pile gets put back with cards that were cut.

My best guess, the top card on each pile is maked with some kind of cactile dot or mark. When you feel it, you know the next card is the ace?

Dope! I think the misdirection is in the shuffle. I was sure that the aces were marked but it’s simpler than that I think. Am I right?

when you add the ace to the top of the next deck it effectively makes the cut null cause the cards left are on bottom wich is pit on top of the cards

I think when you “cut” the cards you pick them all up except 1 so you know exactly how many cards are on top of each ace.
