i recommend something that has lots of vitamins like protein bars, they’re filling and fairly small, and they get you all your vitamins too!

oh and I can't stomach breakfast for some reason so I drink thoes like breakfast smoothie things that helps a lot too

Eat more meds until full ezpz. but really I don't know that sucks. Had the same thing awhile ago. Got stomach aches from hunger but still couldn't eat

God my add pills did the same I never figured out how to eat on them I always just had to wait till they wore off

for me it's tv. it usually don't feel like eating in general but watching anime gets me in the mood for eating.

Try to take a bite than take a sip of water and just form a pattern of bite, drink, bite, drink. Etc. it should make it easier to eat a little more
