I've used a cup for many years and highly recommend as it doesn't hurt at all and is good if you do sports during the day as it doesn't leak 🥰🥰

When I first got my period I was told a pad had to be changed every 2 hours, school scared me and I ran out so quickly 😭

I used to use cups, but found them a bit painful to remove, so I switched to the underwear and they are the BEST! I have a v heavy flow too
