Ok I just tried it. It’s good but it makes the Mac a little bland. Def do 1.5 cups of water, 2-3 tbsp of butter and cook for 8 min. Season

you could also use cream instead of milk & also put cream cheese in it, this is basically how we made it at a bar I worked in, mushroom & jalapeños 2
