Hmmmm I wish I knew! My mom has had 2 heart procedures: a flutter & a fib. We’ve been noticing that she’s been having issues with afib lately.

The QT interval looks shortened. Looks like paroxysmal atrial and ventricular fibrillation. (Bs'd my way thru this 😂) I have prolonged QT.

There is now way the ECG is a heart rate of 70!! Sats are fine if the patient is asymptomatic! They might “live” there!

Changing my answer! A-fib is “Irregularly Irregular” and this rhythm is pretty regular... so I’m going with A-flutter and still suspicious of artifact
