Just did this but I will not be using the Kerdi board on walls $100 per sheet 4’x 8’. I think it’s easier doing Hardibacker on walls to. And stronger.

I was the first installing this system in Mountain View CA in early 2000 it took a lot of research from building and safety to passed it

You don’t get the warranty unless you use the entire Kerdi setup. I know the kerdi board is expensive- but the labor is 1/2 the time.
