KILIAN :
Great! I boil eggs every week and usually lose at least one of them to cracking. Thanks

We don’t keep our eggs in the fridge as it’s not necessary over here. Good tip though for those that do 👍

Mexican Food! Mexican Food! For the meat, I used 1.25 lbs of cod. You’re going to dice it up and season it with garlic salt and pepper. Try not to overdo it on the garlic salt, remember you can always add some later if you feel like it needs some more. Then you’re going to add enough lime juice to have the fish completely sitting in lime juice. Give it a good mix, cover your container and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The juice will “cook” the fish. For the veggies, FINE chop half a bunch of cilantro, half a purple onion, 2 jalapenos, 1 serrano, 2 roma tomatoes, and 5oz of avocado. Add it to the fish once the fish has sat in the fridge for at least 1 hour, add some salt and pepper, then you’re done! Feel free to add more lime juice, salt or pepper if you think it needs it! If you don't want it to be spicy don't use the serrano. For the tostadas, I sprayed some zero-calorie cooking spray on some a la madre tortillas and air-fried them at 400 degrees till they were crispy. This took around 3min per side. Ingredients 1.25lbs of Cod 5-7 limes 190g of Roma tomatoes about 2 medium sized tomatoes 130g of purple onion about half an onion 5oz of avocado about 2 avocados 2 jalapeños 1 Serrano Half a bunch of cilantro Garlic salt Salt Pepper A la madre tortillas Too with your favorite hot sauce Macros for 1 tostada using 5.25oz of ceviche 122 Calories 15g Protein 7g Carbs 3g Fat #mexican #food #foodies #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #dieta #diet #Summer #summervibes #fish #healthy #saludable #Fitness #fit #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #healthyrecipes #comidasaludable
