No, I love my surface, I have a pro 7+ and a go 2 and it’s absolutely fine, I’ve dropped my surface go 2, nothing is wrong, not a single crack.

Yep. I have the exact same SP4. I have two and both of them have issues that are just non reparible endless you pay a premium.

I’ve had my surface pro 6 for 5 years and it works great. My battery still lasts without having it plugged in and it’s fast.

We switched to the Dell 9100 series which is basically Dell version of Surface they’ve lasted much longer and use USB C docks and chargers
