(i bought shine muscat grapes and regular red seedless grapes 🍇) Process 🍳🔪 1. In a bowl, wash with baking soda and pat dry grapes or your fruit of choice (1 tsp per 2 cups of water) 2. Arrange 3 pieces of fruit on bamboo skewer 3. On medium high heat, bring water and sugar mixture to a boil. 4. Without stirring, leave it to simmer for 10-12 minutes. Lower the heat by a bit when the mixture turns thick and leaves a residue on the skewer. Test: 150c on thermometer is the ideal temp to start dipping OR you can use a skewer and dip in the sugar mixture and dip it straight in ice water. Bite it to test the crunch of the sugar crystal! 5. When sugar water mixture is thick and oozey, dip your fruit skewer and rotate for a few seconds in the sugar mixture to coat the fruit. Immediately transfer to ice water to harden. 6. Serve immediately
