I can totally relate to this. I'm only 36 but I'm a dialysis patient so even the smallest tasks can seem huge. I spread my jobs out over the week 🥰

I tend to make a daily plan for what tasks I’m going to complete and when. Especially now I’m in university I do think its good to have structure 🥰.
