A lot of the time bpd gets missdiagnosed as bipolar and doctors prescribe wrong medication which can be harmful so self diagnosis isn’t that dangerous

My thought process goes exactly like that. I don’t have any childhood trauma and have not been diagnosed with bpd.Could it be associated with anxiety?
