I’ve had mine 6 years and she’s huge and healthy. Large pot, deep watering once a week (never let soil dry out) if dry, water water!

I had one that did the same. I cut everything brown off. It’s now been 3 weeks and I it has some new growth. Only water when completely dry. Good Luck

don't over bear with water, always touch the soil . if it's damp, don't water it. maybe every 3 days just a cup of water 💧

fyi, that's called a "throw away plant" by realtors that stage houses because they are extremely hard to keep alive.😳 good luck..I cant keep em alive
