there’s an episode of Dark Tourist where he goes to chernobyl and sees how everything is now including going into the reactor itself. i recommend!

This event was terrifying. I was 25 and my daughter was 4. We weren't sure what would happen with the radioactive cloud.

They study the exclusion zone now. The animals the trees grass etc etc to see how nature takes back an heals from disasters

you can't just "walk up" to the reactor, it's a pretty controlled and regulated area. around the reactor there are tons of fences 🤣🤣🤣

you can book tours on viator & TripAdvisor. I wouldn't recommend it though
