I think it’s the idea of falling from the sky. The fear is dying other ways isn’t as frightening to me 😭 but I appreciate these videos so much

It’s not an unreasonable fear. It’s possible to find the airplane age, maintenance is better with quality airlines, etc to reduce risk of crashes

Planes don’t just fall out of the sky. Most accidents happen due to pilot errors during takeoff and landing, and those are very rare.

It's an irrational fear but I still have nightmares. Would have done so much more had I not been afraid. TWA flight 800 did it for me. 😳
